Near the end of December 2014, we launched a new website using the Shopify platform. Two things could be happening here:
1. You may have never used this website version before. If not, go ahead and create a new account. Unfortunately, data from our old site is no longer available for a variety of reasons. If you require assistance or have questions regarding past orders, please contact us by phone or email.
2. If you have used this new website before, you may have checked out as a guest previously rather than creating an actual account. To remedy this, go back to our website and quickly create an account. The system will connect all of your past orders (excluding any from the old website) as long as you use the same email address. Opening an account allows you to view all past orders, print invoices and easily track shipments.
If you have art stored with us previous to December 2014, those files have not been lost on our side. Customers can still reference order numbers from our past system.

You don’t have to open an account at all. Each order can be completed as a guest. Order statuses and shipment tracking is still available and can be found here. Although, we prefer customers to actually create an account, we like the idea of that not being a requirement.
