After clicking on an open order inside the client control panel, there is a link available to track the real-time status.
The main area will indicate whether an order is fulfilled or unfufilled. Unfulfilled indicates an order has not yet been shipped, but that is pretty vague.
The extra link labeled “See the exact status of any order” is available which provides real-time statuses such as “Art Issues” or “Estimated Ship Date: 2/14” or “Printed” and email notifications are sent as an order progresses ensuring customers are well informed every step of the way.
The most helpful aspect of viewing an order status is learning the actual shipment date, but that information is also relayed via email notification. If you have not heard from us in awhile, that could mean you are missing our emails. Please feel free to call us for an update.
