Once all materials are provided (text document, pictures, and logos) we can begin the design process. An initial proof for custom design projects will take around 2-3 business days depending on the complexity of your design.

The expression “When it rains, it pours.” could not be more true when it concerns custom design orders. If we are receiving many jobs at one time, the design process may take a little longer. Our staff artists do a good job of keeping clients informed every step of the way.

We do recommend that you inform us of important deadlines in the beginning, so we can safely plan design time, turnaround time and shipping transit time.
