As part of our Printkeg Promise, we offer a 100% guarantee on all of our printing products. Please use the following policies to determine how we handle specific circumstances.
1. Quality of prints
If you are not satisfied with the quality of your prints, we will reprint and reship your order at no cost to you. If you are still unsatisfied, we will refund your money. It’s that simple. We only ask that you send in a picture of the prints to firstname.lastname@example.org.
2. Damaged shipment
If your prints were damaged due to shipping, we will resend the prints to you immediately. We only ask that you email email@example.com a picture of the damaged package. This is required by UPS at the time we file a claim with them. Additionally, our shipping department staff members utilize these images to improve packing procedures.
We also ask that you inform us of damages within 5 business days of receiving your prints.
3. Delayed / Late orders
Sometimes, we run into unforeseen delays that may be very inconvenient for you. We try to help customers working with deadlines, but we do not issue refunds for items received or shipped past the estimated ship dates. If your order is delayed, you will be notified by email and have the option to cancel before printing/shipping occurs.
Customers who cancel before production takes place will be issued a full refund.
In cases of refunds or cancellations, it may take up to 10 business days for a credit to be issued. For billing related questions, please feel free to call us.
