What is turnaround?

Production turnaround consists of the time your job is printing, cutting, folding, and quality assurance and does not include proofing, design time or shipping transit times. Turnaround days do not include weekend or holidays.

Turnaround changes based on product type and quantity. If you have multiple items in your shopping cart, the whole order will follow the longest turnaround time.

Digital proofs may affect the ship date.

If a digital proof is requested, your turnaround time starts at the time of the approval of the proof.

Finishing services may affect ship dates.

Finishing services such as folding and stapling could affect turnaround time by one day.

Large orders

Let’s say you have an order for 10,000 postcards and added 2500 cards to your cart four times. Your turnaround time may be longer than expected. Please let us know about any immediate deadlines in the “Messages / Deadlines” field available on each product page.
