Don’t you hate it when you finally complete an order online then realize you’ve made a mistake? In most cases, editing an order can be resolved by a quick email or short phone call.
We start working on your order as quickly as possible, but we understand mistakes happen. We cannot edit an existing order, but the original order may be cancelled and refunded so that a new order can replace it. In some cases, we can avoid this by creating a custom cart and sending you a link for payment information.
Shipping Address Changes
Small additions like address changes and shipping methods can be accommodated over the phone. Please call us to handle these types of situations.
Please email or call us right away to let us know if you intend to change the artwork. You will not be required to completely redo your order. We will temporarily put your order in an “awaiting art” status indicating the ball is in your court.
In many cases, if you want to change the quantity of prints, we can accommodate you. Just email or call us, and we can easily send a customized cart to you by email. This cart will show the quantity change, extra print costs and additional shipping costs and will require to “check out” again. Changing the quantity is no problem at all.
In some circumstances, we may decide it easier and more organized to simply cancel and refund the current order and restart a new order. Once we initiate the cancellation, it will be up to you to place the new order through our website.
