Yes, but there might be a cancellation fee.

If you cancel your order, you could be billed by Printkeg for incurred costs at the time of cancellation. Cancelling your order before the design process has started will result in a 100% return of design fees.  If your order is cancelled after initial design work has been completed and the first proof has been sent, a 75% charge will be incurred. If the order is cancelled after the second proof is provided, no refund will be available.

We try to always be fair and reasonable when it comes to anything we offer. Design can be tricky especially if work has already started. We maintain graphic designers on staff and work with outside contractors and will do our absolute best to provide you or your company a professional custom design service.

It is highly unusual for a design to be cancelled.
